Superb site .Agree with all reviews.Strong 5/4g mble signal mast 250mtrs away.WiFi works well Pool warm at late May.I was the only person using it.Easy drive to Lake Bleb Slovenia.

This is probably the friendly campsite that I have stayed on, mostly due to the fact that when we stayed in August it was 95% Dutch. No other English there for the 3 weeks that we enjoyed on the camping. It is not really for teenagers but the young children seemed to have great fun around the small park, swimming pool (open until dark) and table tennis table each evening. The camp also had in a clown, magician, face painting and some farm animals, a couple of times each week for a few hours which kept the young ones entertained. Facilities were good and modern. Showers in high season are 50c for 7 mins and WiFi is free (in high season) but can be a little slow at peak times. But this campsite is all about location and the wonderful mountains. We purchased the Karnten discount card and in 3 weeks saved over 200 euro each compared to the \"day admission charges\" mostly spent going up the 5 close by mountains, the furthest ones were about 70 mins away, but there are 2 that are less than 30 mins drive away. The campsite was full when we arrived on August 1st but by 20th August it was almost empty as the Dutch families had all gone home to be ready for the start of school. The pitches, generally flat, are large around 100m. Cars are only allowed on the pitch to load and unload, which enabled the toddlers the freedom to roam around and stay safe. Billa, Penny Mart and Petrol Station are all about a 3 min drive away. I would recommend this campsite without hesitation.
